You can find us on the 2nd Floor of Crystal Mall in Bandra West. We are on 33rd Road, right near the McDonald's. It’s a busy spot with lots of people walking around. Most of our day is spent talking to people about where they want to live. We have a small office with some desks and maps of the local area. Bandra is a big place and it changes fast. We spend a lot of time on 5th Main Road and the surrounding streets looking at flats. It’s not like what you see on TV. It’s mostly just making phone calls and waiting for people to show up for viewings. Sometimes we are walking up five flights of stairs because the lift is broken. We know the local landlords and who is looking to move. It’s a lot of coordination. We aren't a huge corporate agency. We just know this neighborhood well because we are here every day. The mall gets quite loud on the weekends, but we stay focused on the files. We keep things pretty simple. If someone needs a place, we try to find what fits. We eat lunch at the local stalls nearby. It’s a good community to be a part of. We’ve been at this location for a good while. Dealing with keys and deposits is just part of the daily grind for us here.
