Property Affaire

Property Affaire is located at C 126 in Goregaon East. It's a busy spot, mostly because of all the traffic around here lately. We handle things related to houses and buildings in this part of Mumbai. It gets pretty loud outside sometimes, but we’ve gotten used to it. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get the work done. We spend most of our mornings checking messages and trying to keep track of who is moving where. Dealing with real estate in Goregaon can be a bit of a puzzle sometimes. There are so many different types of apartments and offices popping up every week. We just try to stay on top of the basics. Sometimes we're out all day showing people around, and other times we are just stuck behind the desk filing papers. It’s a mix of stuff. We don't use any high-tech gadgets, just some pens, paper, and the occasional laptop. We've seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years. Some people have been coming to us for a long time. We don't really do big speeches or try to sell you on things you don't need. If we have something that works, we tell you. If we don't, we say that too. It’s just how we run things here at C 126. Nothing more to it than that. Just a local business trying to stay busy and helpful to those who stop by.
