Property Address

We deal with things here in Ulwe. It is a developing area, so there is always something going on with new buildings and empty plots. Property Address is just our small office where we keep track of what is happening around the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time out on the streets looking at different sites. Ulwe has changed a lot lately with all the new construction and the roads being finished. We try to keep up with who is moving in and which spots are still open for people. Our office is not anything special, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of maps on the wall. People stop by to ask about the local area or to see what is available nearby. We do not do big fancy presentations with computers. It is more about sitting down and talking about what someone actually needs. Sometimes we have tea and just chat about the local market. It is a lot of walking around and talking to people in the sun. We know the corners of Ulwe pretty well by now. If you are around the area, you might see us out and about. We started this because we live nearby and saw how fast things were growing. It is a local thing. We do not have a big corporate staff, just us. We keep our records in folders and try to stay organized. It gets dusty with the construction, but that is just Ulwe.
