We are based over in Patel Colony in Kandivali East. Our office is at number 38. It’s a nice area with a lot of families and local shops. We’ve been consulting on real estate here for quite a few years. Most of our work involves helping neighbors with their property questions. Whether someone is looking for a new apartment or trying to figure out what their place is worth, we help out. We aren't a big chain or anything. We just know this specific part of Kandivali really well. We spend our mornings checking out new listings and our afternoons meeting with clients. The office is small and usually smells like tea. We don't go in for fancy presentations. We just talk through the options and look at the numbers together. Sometimes people just drop in to chat about how the neighborhood is changing. We’ve seen a lot of new construction lately. We try to keep track of who is moving in and who is moving out. It’s more of a community service than a high-pressure sales job. We like the pace of things here in Patel Colony. It feels like home to us. We just do our best to give honest advice based on what we see happening on the streets every day.
