Prithvi Estate Consultants

Prithvi Estate Consultants is a small shop, Shop No 2, located in Lane No 1 of Krishakunj. We are right in Andheri East on Char Street. It’s a narrow lane, so it can get a bit crowded with scooters and delivery bikes. Our shop is simple, with just enough room for a couple of desks and some chairs for visitors. We spend our days mostly answering the phone and talking to people who live in the surrounding buildings. Andheri is a hectic place to work, but we’ve gotten used to the pace over time. We keep a ledger of who is moving out and who is looking to move in. It’s mostly word of mouth around here. We aren't a big agency with a lot of staff, so you usually just deal with the same one or two people every time you stop by. Sometimes the rain leaks in a little near the door during the monsoon, but we just put a bucket down and keep going. We know the local landlords and what they expect. It’s about being part of the street and knowing the history of the houses nearby. We don't have a lot of marketing flyers or anything like that. We just talk to people and help them find a place that fits their budget. It's a modest business, but it keeps us busy every day. Sometimes we stay late when someone needs to see a shop after their own work shift.
