Our shop is number 5 in Building 4 of the Takshila Society. It’s located just off the Mahakali Caves Road in Andheri East. Being inside a residential society like this keeps us very connected to the people who live here. We aren't a huge real estate company. We are just local dealers who know the ins and outs of this specific area. Our office is small and practical. We have a few chairs for visitors and a desk that is usually covered with maps and property papers. We spend our time helping folks with their rental agreements or finding buyers for their apartments. Because we are right here in the society, we hear about things first. We know which buildings are getting painted and which ones have parking issues. We don't use any fancy sales talk or try to push people into things. We just tell them what we know and show them what is available. It’s a very local way of doing things. Sometimes we are just sitting here having tea and a neighbor will pop in to ask about current prices or if anyone is moving out soon. We like that kind of environment. It’s not corporate at all. We just do our work, help our clients, and try to make the process of moving a little less stressful for everyone involved in this part of Mumbai. It is just the way we have always operated our shop.
