You can find our office at number 6 in the Padma Bhavan building, which is part of Chaaya Society in Chembur Naka. It’s a busy intersection, so there is always a lot of sound from the traffic and the people moving about. We’ve been in this spot for a while, dealing with the local real estate. It’s a small office, and we don't put on any airs about it. We just have our desks and a few chairs for when people stop by to chat about a flat or a commercial space. Chembur is a big place, but we try to focus on what’s happening right here in our own neighborhood. We spend our mornings checking the latest listings and the afternoons meeting with people who want to see a property. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped with all the files, but it works for us. We aren't part of some big chain. We just know the local building owners and the people looking to move into the society. It’s honest, daily work that keeps us busy from morning till evening. We don't use any complicated jargon or try to sell people on things they don't need. If a place has a leaky roof or bad wiring, we usually know about it. We just want to help people find a decent place to live or work without any fuss. That is how we run things around here every single day.
