Prem Properties

Prem Properties is up on the second floor of Rangwala House. We are at 288 Samuel Street in Vadgadi. The stairs can be a bit much if you aren't used to them, but it’s a good workout I guess. This part of the city is always moving, with trucks and people everywhere on the street. It’s an old building, so it has that specific smell of old paper and dust. Our office is tucked away, and sometimes people miss the entrance if they aren't looking closely. We spend most of our time talking to folks about shops and apartments around here. It isn't a quiet job. The phone rings a lot, and there is always someone coming in with a question about a lease or a title deed. We keep a few chairs for visitors, but they’re usually occupied by someone waiting for a signature. There’s a small window that looks out over the street, though you can’t see much besides the tops of vehicles. We’ve got a couple of computers that are a bit slow, but they get the job done for our listings. Most of our work is just talking to neighbors and keeping track of who is selling what. It’s a bit cramped with all the cupboards full of folders, but we know where everything is. It’s just a regular local office where we try to get through the day's tasks without too much fuss or any big corporate attitude.
