We work out of Flat Number 33 on the second floor of the Khimji building. This is in Suryanagar Society in Mulund West. It is very close to the Mulund West Station, so there is always a lot of foot traffic and noise from the trains. Our office is basically a converted apartment, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a typical corporate office. We have a couple of desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of maps of the local area pinned to the walls. Pratyush Property Consultant has been operating from this spot for a good while. People usually drop by after getting off the train to ask about places in the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out walking around looking at different buildings. The society where we are located is mostly residential, so it’s a familiar environment for us. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one near the stairs. The elevator in the building works most of the time, but we usually just take the stairs since it's only the second floor. It’s a simple setup without any bells or whistles. We keep track of everything in big notebooks and on a few computers. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the paperwork, but we know where everything is. It’s just how we operate. Most days are spent talking to people and keeping track of what's happening. It keeps us quite busy throughout the week.
