We are tucked away on the fifth floor of a building in Vile Parle West. It is Flat 503, right on the 16th Main Road in the Judicial Layout area. If you already know where the Sony Mony Electronics shop is, then we are basically right next to it. Being an estate agency in a place like Vile Parle keeps us on our toes because the property market here is always moving fast. We spend most of our days answering the phone and taking people to see various flats or office spaces. It is not exactly a glamorous job. There is a whole lot of climbing up stairs and waiting around for people to show up with keys. Our office is just a place where we keep the files and meet for a quick chat before we head out into the street again. We know this neighborhood inside out, from the quiet little lanes to the big busy main roads. People come to us because they want to live in this specific part of Mumbai, and we try our best to find something that actually fits their needs. We do not have a big sales pitch or any fancy brochures. We just show you the place, tell you what the rent or the price is, and then let you decide for yourself. It is much better that way for everyone. Sometimes the lifts in the buildings we visit are very slow or the traffic is a mess.
