We are located at 301, Akshay CHS in Y A C Nagar, which is part of Andheri East on J N Road. Our office is also very close to Mulund West and the Regent Hotel. It can be a bit confusing with the names, but once you find the hotel, we are right there. We have been in this spot for many years now, and we have seen the whole area grow. Our work is quite simple; we help people buy, sell, or rent properties around here. Most of our time is spent out in the field. We are constantly going from one apartment to another, meeting with owners and showing places to families. We do not have a big fancy office with glass walls; it is just a regular place where we keep our records and meet our clients. We try to be very practical about things. If a building has a problem with the elevators or the water supply, we usually know about it and we tell people. There is no point in hiding things because this is a local neighborhood and news travels fast. We want to keep things honest. It is a lot of hard work and many of our evenings are spent finishing up deals or answering questions over the phone. We are just a regular estate agency doing our job the best way we know how, without any big talk or corporate polish. It is just us working hard every day.
