Prancad Enterprises

We are located at 101 Mandapeshwar, inside the Ramik Cool Storage building. It is part of the Panchratna Estate area, near West View Appartment. Prancad Enterprises is a small operation that we run out of this office. The space isn't huge, but it fits our desks and the few things we need to get through the day. Working near the cool storage means it can get a bit chilly in certain parts of the building, but we stay in our unit. The estate is usually busy with people moving things in and out. We don’t have a big fancy sign or a receptionist at the front. Usually, if the door is open, someone is inside working. We deal with various business tasks that come our way. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working on the computer. It’s a quiet enough spot once you are inside the apartment complex. We like being in this part of town because it’s familiar. We’ve been here for some time and know the other people in the building. It’s not the kind of place you’d find in a high-rise downtown. It’s just a regular workspace for a regular business. We focus on our own things and don’t worry too much about what everyone else is doing. That’s how we keep Prancad Enterprises going. We hope to stay here for many more years to come.
