Pramila Estates Llp is located in Bandra West, which is always a lively place to be. We are on the second floor of Aza House, specifically in room 201. The building is right on Turner Road, which most people in the suburb know well because it’s always packed with shops and people. We are right next to the Andhra Bank, so that’s usually how we tell people to find us. Being in Bandra Suburban area means there is never a dull moment. We deal with real estate issues and property management from this office. It’s a decent-sized space on the second floor. It’s not overly fancy, just a place where we can sit down and get our work done. Turner Road can be a nightmare for parking, but the energy of the area is great for business. We spend most of our time answering phones or going through contracts. We don’t really do the whole polished corporate thing. We’re just local people working in the local property market. It’s been our base for some time now. People drop in because they’re already in the area for shopping or banking. We like the convenience of it. Dealing with estates in a place like Mumbai keeps you on your toes. We just try to stay organized and helpful to anyone who walks in. That’s the long and short of it for us here at Aza House.
