Prakash Shah Estate Agent

My name is Prakash Shah and I am an estate agent. My office is located at 129 Bazar Gate Street. I am on the first floor. This is in the Fort area, which is always busy. I am right opposite the Vishwa Shanti Hotel. People usually find me by looking for the hotel first because it is so large. I have been working in real estate around here for a long time now. The office is an old one, like many in the Fort district. Bazar Gate Street has so much history and so many people passing through every hour of the day. I spend a lot of time on the phone or out meeting people at different properties. The first floor is a good spot because I can see what’s happening on the street below. Fort is a tough place to work sometimes because of the crowds and the lack of parking, but I know it well. My desk is covered in papers and files, but I know where everything is. I don't use any flashy marketing tricks or big signs. I just talk to people and try to find what they need. Vishwa Shanti Hotel across the street is a good place for a quick meal when I'm too busy to cook. I have seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but my office at 129 stays much the same. It is a reliable place for me to be.
