Prakash Estate

Our office is on the second floor of Jaisons House. You can find us in Khar West, right near the Khar Gymkhana. It’s a good spot, though it gets quite noisy on the weekends when there are events at the club. We’ve been handling estate work from this building for quite a while. The office itself is pretty simple. We have some old wooden desks and a few chairs for visitors. We don’t have any of that modern office furniture. We like it this way because it feels more comfortable. Most of our work involves a lot of talking on the phone and filling out forms. It can be a bit tedious, but it’s what we do. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of people. It’s just a small team here. We know the streets of Khar like the back of our hands because we spend so much time walking around looking at properties. We don't use any high-tech gadgets or complicated systems. We mostly rely on our notebooks and our experience. Sometimes people just stop by for a chat and a glass of water. We try to be helpful, but we don't use any sales talk. We just tell people the facts about the houses or land they’re interested in. It’s a straightforward business. We show up every morning, drink our tea, and see what the day brings. It isn't a flashy life, but it suits us just fine.
