The office for Pradeep Shah Estate Agency is in the Riddhi Building. We are on the ground floor, which makes it easy for anyone to just walk in without looking for an elevator or stairs. This is in Vile Parle West. A good landmark is Cooper Hospital, which is very close to us. Because we are near the hospital, the street is always full of people, ambulances, and taxis. It can get quite loud, but that is just how Vile Parle is. The Riddhi Building is an older structure, but it’s sturdy. Our office inside is quite simple. We have a few old wooden desks and some chairs that have seen better days. There are stacks of files and documents everywhere because that’s just the nature of our work. The ground floor location is nice because we can see the street from the door. Sometimes we just stand at the entrance to get some air. We don't have any big marketing banners, just the name Pradeep Shah Estate Agency on the glass. People usually find us by word of mouth or by seeing the sign while they are visiting the hospital area. It’s a very honest, hardworking kind of place. We start our day by dusting the desks and checking the mail. It’s a routine we’ve had for a long time and we don't plan to change it.
