Pradeep Estate Consultancy is located in Shop No 14 at the Jewel Shopping Center. This is in the Andheri West area, specifically near Ranna Park. One of the nice things is being near the 7 Bungalows Garden. Sometimes we take a walk there when things are slow. The shopping center itself has a lot of different stores. Our shop is small but it fits what we need. It’s tucked into the building, so you have to look for the number 14. Inside, we have a few chairs and a desk where we keep our papers. The light in Andheri West is usually bright, but the shop stays a bit cool because of the way it's built. We have been here for some time now. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day long. Children playing near Ranna Park or people going to the garden for some fresh air. It’s not a fancy corporate office with glass walls. It’s just a local shop where we sit and talk to anyone who walks in. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, maybe, but it’s fine for now. We know the other shop owners in the Jewel Shopping Center. It feels like a small community. We just go about our business and keep the place open for whoever needs to find us.
