Prabhat Fast Food

Dadar West is a place where everyone is in a hurry, so Prabhat Fast Food fits right in. We’re on 8th Main, 14th Cross, at number 14. It’s a small space, mostly because we don’t need much to get the food out. We’ve been serving people on their way to work or the station for a long time. There’s no fancy menu or table service here. You just order, eat, and move on. The kitchen is always hot, and the counters get a bit greasy, but that’s fast food for you. We don’t have time for big speeches about quality; we just cook what people want. 14th Cross is a busy little street, and we see a lot of the same faces every single day. Some people have been coming here since they were kids. We don’t do any advertising. The sign outside is old and a bit faded, but everyone knows where we are. It’s a lot of chopping vegetables and cleaning plates. We don’t have much room for sitting down, so most people just stand or take their food to go. Dadar is always loud, and we’re just another part of that noise. We keep the prices where they’ve always been as much as we can. It’s just a simple shop doing what it does best. We stay until the last customer leaves and then we do it all over again tomorrow morning. It’s a steady life and it keeps us out of trouble while we work.
