Our office is Prabhat Estate Agency and we are located in Malad West. Specifically, we are at Plot No. 16 in Kaustabh Nagar. It is very easy to find because we are right opposite the SBI Bank branch. Most days start early here. I come in, open the lock, and push the door which sometimes sticks in the humid weather. The office isn't very big. There is a table and a few chairs for people to sit when they come in to talk. You can see the bank from our front window. There is always a lot of noise from the street, like people walking to the bank or cars honking. Malad is a busy place, you know. We have a simple board outside with the name on it. Inside, it's just files and some old registers. The floor is tiled and we try to keep it clean, but dust comes in from the road. Sometimes the tea seller from the corner brings us some chai in the afternoon. It’s just a normal workplace. Nothing fancy or polished. We spend a lot of time here just waiting for people to drop by. It’s a good spot in Kaustabh Nagar. Most of the neighbors know us by now. If you are standing near the SBI, you can't miss the plot. It’s just how things are around here in this part of town.
