Prabhakar Satam Associates

We’re based in Mulund East, specifically at Shop No G-8 in Pooja Plaza, over on U M Lane, 2nd Cross. It’s a small shop, but it’s right in the middle of everything, which is convenient for us and the people we work with. Prabhakar Satam Associates has been around this neighborhood for a while. We don't have a corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s just a workspace filled with folders, rolls of drawings, and a couple of desks. Being in Pooja Plaza means there’s always something going on outside our door. We mostly focus on getting the technical drawings done and helping people navigate the local building rules. It’s not always exciting work, but it’s necessary if you want your project to go smoothly. We’ve seen a lot of changes in Mulund over the years, and we’ve helped a fair number of local families and small business owners with their spaces. We don't try to be something we’re not. We’re just a local firm doing our part to help people build things the right way. If you’re looking for G-8, just head into the plaza and look for the lane. Someone is usually there from ten until the evening. We might be out on a site visit, so it's always a bit of a toss-up, but we usually leave a note. It’s a practical way to run a business in a place like this. The fan usually hums in the background while we work.
