Pr Catering Services

We have been operating out of Grant Road for quite some time now. Our workspace is right by the Grant Road Chowpatty Sea Fence at Grant Road 9. It’s a busy spot, especially when the evening crowds start coming to the water. We mostly focus on catering for various local events and gatherings. The kitchen gets pretty hot during the summer months, but the breeze from the sea fence helps a bit. Usually, it is just a few of us making sure the prep work is done on time. We don't really go for fancy decorations or anything like that; we just focus on getting the food right. Being at Grant Road 9 means we are right in the middle of everything. Sometimes the traffic is a real headache when we are trying to load the vans, but we’ve learned to work around it. We started this as a small family thing and it has stayed that way. There’s always a lot of washing and cleaning to do after every job, which is the part nobody sees. We handle all the heavy pots and large containers ourselves. It’s tiring but it keeps us going. Most of our days are just spent chopping vegetables, mixing spices, and packing up boxes for delivery. We have seen the neighborhood change a lot, but the sea stays the same. We just keep doing our daily work without making a big deal out of it.
