If you go down to Masjid Bunder and look for 58 Sarang Street, you will find Power Maxx Tools India Pvt Ltd. It is an extremely busy area, always packed with people and handcarts moving boxes around. Our shop is right in the middle of all that noise. We deal with all kinds of power tools like drills, grinders, and saws. The shelves are packed from floor to ceiling with boxes, and sometimes it feels like we are running out of space to breathe. It’s a bit of a maze inside. We don't have a big fancy display area with bright lights. Most of the time, we are just pulling items off the shelves for customers who know exactly what they want. People come to us because they need tools that actually work for their construction or repair jobs. We spend a lot of time unpacking crates and checking inventory. It’s dusty and loud outside, and sometimes the heat in the shop gets pretty bad in the afternoons. We aren't a big corporation with a board of directors. It’s just a group of us who know our way around a toolbox. We talk to the guys who use these tools every day, so we hear about what breaks and what lasts. We don't do any big promotions. We just open the shutters in the morning and start handing out tools to whoever comes by the counter. It’s honest work in a very busy part of town.
