Positron Electronic Services, Mumbai

We are based in Mumbai, specifically in the Andheri East area on Marol Maroshi Road. Our space is over at Mount View, Aarohi, taking up units B-505 through 507. Being near the Tata Bungalow makes it a bit easier for people to find us in the middle of all the traffic. Positron Electronic Services is basically a hub for fixing things and testing circuits. If you walk in, you’ll see soldering irons, multimeters, and piles of circuit boards all over the place. It’s not the neatest office in Mumbai, but we know where everything is. The noise of the city is always there in the background, but inside, we’re usually concentrated on very small components. It takes a lot of patience to do this kind of work, and sometimes your eyes get tired by the end of the shift. We’ve got a good view from the fifth floor, though we don't spend much time looking out the window. Most of our day is spent hunched over a bench. We handle a lot of different electronic items, and it’s always a puzzle to figure out why something stopped working. We aren't a big flashy company; we’re just a group of technicians who enjoy the challenge of a difficult repair. It’s busy, it’s cramped, and there’s always more work to be done than there are hours in the day.
