Positive Properties

We have our office in Shop No 207 on the second floor of the Fashqu building. It’s in Santacruz West, on Kudus Vada Marg, right across from the Bhagwan Cutpiece Centre. Being on the second floor means we are a bit away from the street noise, but you can still hear the honking and the people shopping downstairs. Real estate is what keeps us busy all day. People come in looking for a new place to stay or wanting to sell something they have. It is a lot of talking and looking at various listings on the wall. The office is simple, with some chairs for guests and a couple of desks that are usually a bit messy. Santacruz West is a prime area, so there is always something happening in the property market. We don’t use any big words to describe what we do. It’s just about knowing the local streets and who is moving where. Sometimes a deal goes through easily, and other times it takes forever with all the paperwork involved. We just keep at it every day, opening up in the morning and staying until the work is finished. The neighborhood has a lot of character, and we’ve seen shops come and go over the years. We’re just glad to have our little spot here in the middle of it all. There is always a lot of tea drank while we talk through the options.
