Our office is Flat No 303, B Wing, in Koldongri, Andheri East. It’s tucked away in a residential building, which makes it feel a bit more personal than a storefront on the main street. We handle a lot of the local property matters around this part of Andheri. Since we are in a building ourselves, we understand the ins and outs of housing societies and how the committees work. People usually call us first and then come up to the third floor to sit and chat about what they need. We have a lot of files on different buildings in the area piled up on the shelves. Andheri is always crowded and moving fast, so we try to keep things simple and calm in our office. We spend plenty of time navigating the traffic to show flats to potential buyers or renters. Sometimes we’re out all day and the office stays locked, but we are always reachable on our mobiles. It’s a lot of coordination between owners, buyers, and the legal side of things. We don't use big fancy brochures or expensive ads. We just tell people what we know about the flats and the neighborhood. We’ve seen the area grow and change over the years, with new towers replacing the old ones. It’s a steady job that requires a lot of patience and good local connections to get things done right. We just focus on the task at hand.
