Pooja & Sona Properties

We are located at Shop No 2 in the Blue Diamond Building in Dahisar. It’s right near the Shagun Hotel, so it is easy to spot from the road. We deal with houses and shops around this part of town. Our office is small, just a couple of chairs and a table where we go over agreements. It’s a local business. We know most of the people who live in the buildings around here. Dahisar has its own pace, and we’ve been part of it for a long time. We spend most of our time answering the phone or walking over to show a property. The paperwork can be a bit of a headache, but we just get through it. We aren't trying to be anything more than a local property shop. Sometimes it’s busy and sometimes we just sit and wait for someone to walk in. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People mostly know us by word of mouth or seeing the sign while they are heading to the hotel. We keep track of who is selling and who is buying. It’s honest work and it keeps us connected to the neighborhood. We just do our job and go home to our families at night. Every client is just another neighbor to us. We’ve seen the kids grow up in these blocks and that’s what makes the work real.
