Pooja Estate Consultancy

We are based out of the Ashiyana Building in Kandivali East. Specifically, we are in Valhabh Nagar, part of Sant Tukaram Nagar. It’s near Asha Nagar and right in the middle of the Thakur Complex area. We handle estate consultancy, which mostly means we help people figure out the legal side of property and finding new homes. The office is A 6. It’s a busy neighborhood with lots of families and schools nearby. We get a lot of walk-ins from people living in the complex who are thinking of selling. We aren't a big chain or anything. It’s just us trying to make a living and helping our neighbors out. The building is okay, though the parking outside is always a nightmare. We spend our mornings checking the latest property rates and our afternoons meeting people at their houses. We try to be practical and not give people false hopes about prices. The market goes up and down, and we just tell it like it is. It can get a bit hectic when three people come in at once, but we manage. We’ve got a lot of old-fashioned files because we don't trust computers for everything. It feels more real that way. If you’re near Asha Nagar, you can't miss the building. We’re usually here until late evening finishing up the day's work. It's a long day but we don't really mind the grind.
