Plot Block Estate Agent

Plot Block Estate Agent is based out of Satya Niwas in the Tejpal Scheme area of Vile Parle East. We also have ties over in R T Nagar at the 6/1 Khb Road spot, right near Sulthanpalya. It is a bit of a trek between the places, but we make it work. Our office in Vile Parle is where most of the paperwork happens. It is an old building, Satya Niwas, and it has that classic feel you don't find in the new glass towers. We have got desks that have been with us since we started. Down in R T Nagar, the scene is a bit different, being opposite Shinde Brothers. There is a lot of foot traffic there in the Hanumathappa Layout. We spend a lot of time on our scooters or in the car moving between these spots. It is not a glamorous job. We get dusty, we deal with a lot of stubborn locks, and we spend plenty of time waiting for people who are running late. We are not fancy corporate types. We are just local guys who know these neighborhoods inside out. Sometimes the filing system gets a bit messy, and we have to spend a whole Saturday afternoon straightening it out. We do not use big words or try to impress anyone. We just tell people what is available and help them through the process as best as we can. That is our routine.
