Pizza Caprina

We are tucked away in Sahjanand Society 2, which is off Harni Road in Santacruz West. It’s a residential spot, so we get a lot of families and kids coming by. Pizza Caprina isn't a massive place, just a nice little kitchen where we spend most of our hours. The smell of the oven usually fills the hallway of the building. We spend a lot of time kneading dough and chopping up vegetables every morning. It’s a routine that we’ve gotten used to over the years. Santacruz West is a busy area, but our little corner in the society is a bit more tucked away from the main road madness. We have a few delivery bikes that are always coming and going. Sometimes the phone rings non-stop and it gets a bit stressful, but we just take it one order at a time. The staff here is small, just a couple of guys who live nearby. We don't use fancy uniforms, just regular clothes that we don't mind getting a bit of flour on. The seating area is small, so most people just take their food home to their families. It’s nice seeing the same faces every week. We don't have a website that looks like a movie; we just have our menu and a phone number. It’s a simple way of doing things, and it feels right for this neighborhood.
