Pinkrock Realty Network Private Limited is based right in the heart of the old city. We are located at Vithaldas Chamber, which is on Plot 16 along Mumbai Samachar Marg. It’s a very busy street, especially since we’re so close to the BSE in Fort. Being on the first floor makes it easy for people to find us without waiting forever for a lift. Fort has that old-school Mumbai feel that you don’t get anywhere else. Our office is at room 109. We spend a lot of time here dealing with the day-to-day of the realty network. It gets quite loud outside with all the traffic and people moving toward the stock exchange area. That’s just life in South Mumbai, I guess. We aren’t about big corporate looks. We just have our space where we handle our business. The walls are thick, and the building has a lot of history to it. We like being in this part of town because everything is connected. If you walk down the street, you see all the heritage buildings. We’ve been operating out of this Mumbai City address for a bit now. It’s a small team, and we mostly just focus on whatever needs doing that day. It’s a honest living. We keep our paperwork in order and talk to whoever comes through the door. It’s a simple setup at Pinkrock, nothing more, nothing less.
