Pilus Fast Food Centre

We are Pilus Fast Food Centre, located in Dahisar, specifically at 11th B Cross, 26th Main, over in Sector 1. The pin code is 41337 if you’re trying to map it. It’s a busy little corner of the sector where we’ve set up our fast food center. There’s always a lot of frying going on, so the air usually smells like oil and spices. We have a couple of big burners and some steel counters where we prep everything. It gets pretty loud during the dinner rush with the sound of the exhaust fan and people calling out their orders. We don't have much in the way of decor, just the basic stuff you need to serve food quickly. Most people just stand around or wait on their scooters while we bag things up. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so you’ll see the same three or four of us behind the counter every single day. We start around noon getting the sauces ready and chopping onions by the bagful. Sometimes the power goes out in the sector, and we have to manage with flashlights for a bit, which is always a mess. It’s just the way things go here in Dahisar. We’ve been at this spot for a couple of years now and most of the neighbors know us by name. It’s hard work and your clothes always smell like the kitchen, but it’s our living. We keep things moving as fast as we can.
