Our unit is tucked away in the Hammer Smith Industrial Estate in Mahim. If you take the turn off S.T. Road, you'll find us among all the other small factories and workshops. It’s a busy place with a lot of trucks coming and going all day long. We work on environmental tech stuff, mostly filters and equipment for cleaning things up. It’s not always the cleanest job, ironically. We spend a lot of time assembling parts and testing how things flow. The workshop is a bit cramped because we have so many components stored everywhere. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. We started out small and stayed that way, focusing on the builds. Some of the machines are old, but they still run fine if you know how to handle them. Mumbai's humidity is tough on the metal, so we’re always wiping things down. We drink a lot of tea while we look over drawings and try to figure out why a pump isn't working right. It’s honest work. We don't make big promises, we just put the units together and hope they help out where they're going. It’s loud, it’s a bit messy, but it’s our daily life here in the estate. We’ve been here for a long time and the neighbors are all good people who help each other out.
