Phoenix (India)

Our place, Phoenix (India), is down at 38A on the ground floor of the Raj Industrial Complex. You have to head down Military Road in Marol to find us. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always something going on with the other units. We’ve been here for a good while. The space is mostly filled with our inventory and some workspace for the daily tasks. It’s not very fancy. The floor is concrete and the lights hum a little bit, but it’s home for us during the day. We handle various bits of business from this ground floor unit. Being on the ground floor makes it easier for loading and unloading things, which we do quite a bit. Marol is a busy part of the city, and the traffic on Military Road can be a headache, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We have a small team of people who show up and get the work done. We don't really have time for corporate meetings or long speeches. We just check what needs to be done for the day and we do it. Sometimes it’s busy, sometimes it’s a bit slower, but we stay steady. Most of our neighbors in the complex are doing the same thing. It’s just a community of people working. We like it that way. No need for anything more than a solid place to do the job.
