We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers or explaining how a specific piece of equipment works to a buyer. It’s practical work, and we don’t pretend it’s anything else. Most days are spent checking inventory or packing boxes to be sent out. It’s not a fancy life, but having a shop that people depend on for their work feels like a good thing to do.
