You can find us in D Wing, Office Number 001, over at Shanti in Kandivali West. We are right near Atul Tower on Kherani Road. It’s a busy little pocket of the suburb. Our office is on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to just pop in when they are passing by. We handle a lot of different things related to property around here. Most of the time, we are just juggling phone calls and trying to coordinate between people who want to move and people who have space. Kandivali West has changed a lot, and Kherani Road is always buzzing with activity. We have been sitting in this office for a while, watching the buildings go up. It’s a simple space, nothing fancy, just a place to keep our records and meet people. We try to be around as much as possible, though sometimes we are out showing a place or checking on a site near Atul Tower. It can be a bit of a grind, dealing with all the paperwork and the small details that come with realty work. We don't use any big words or fancy tricks. We just tell people what is available and what the situation is. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down. Usually, the fan is humming and we are just trying to stay cool while we work through our tasks.
