We are located at 16/2 Matru Mandir on Jawahar Nagar Road Number 2 in Goregaon West. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty hectic around here with all the shops and people moving about. We have been operating from this little corner of Mumbai for some time now. Dealing with real estate in Goregaon means you see a bit of everything. One day it is a small flat, the next day it might be something different. We spend a lot of time walking around the neighborhood, checking out buildings and talking to society members. It is a lot of legwork, honestly. The office is tucked away in Matru Mandir, and it’s where we do all the boring stuff like filing and making sure the rent agreements are correct. We don't have a massive staff, just a couple of us who know these streets like the back of our hands. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult, or the trains are delayed, but we still show up and get through the list. It’s not a glamorous job, despite what people might think about real estate. It involves a lot of waiting around for people who might be late and making a lot of phone calls. We just keep at it, day after day, helping people find a spot in this crowded city without making too much of a fuss about it. It is just life in Goregaon.
