Pedanekar Associates

You can find Pedanekar Associates over in Goregaon East on Anand Sojitra Road, at number 53. We’ve been at this address for a while, and the neighborhood knows us fairly well. The office is on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to stop by without having to hunt for an elevator. It’s a simple space with a few desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We do a lot of paperwork here, so there are always stacks of documents waiting to be sorted. It’s not the most exciting environment, but it’s where the work happens. The street outside can get quite busy in the mornings with people heading to the station. We usually open up around ten and stay until the work for the day is finished. Sometimes that means a short day, and other times we’re here well past dark. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that; people usually find us because someone else told them we were reliable. We like to keep things direct and simple. If there’s a problem, we talk it out and find a way to fix it. The fan in the main room makes a bit of a clicking sound, but we don't even notice it anymore. It’s a steady, predictable place to work and we are happy to be here.
