Pawan Koliwada

We have been operating out of Borivali West for quite a long time now. You can find us right on 19th Cross, specifically on the 7th Main Road near N.S. Palya 41545. The area is usually quite busy with traffic and people going about their day. We focus mostly on koliwada style cooking because that is what we know. It is not a big or fancy place by any means. We just have some basic tables and chairs for whoever wants to sit down. Most of our neighbors just stop by to pick up a parcel on their way home from work. The kitchen is always a bit hot and noisy with the frying going on, but we are used to it. We try to get the spices right every single morning during our prep time. Sometimes we might run out of certain items if the market didn't have what we needed, but we do our best. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just know us because we have been on this corner for years. It is a simple life for us here. We aren't looking to become some big chain. We just like serving the local crowd in Borivali. The salt, the batter, and the fresh catch are the only things we really worry about. If you are walking down 7th Main, you will probably smell the food before you see the sign. We open up early and stay until the last piece is sold.
