Patel Trading Real Estate

My shop is right here at Shop No 1 in the Meera Chs building. Most people know the spot because it is on Fergusson College Road, just past Oshiwara in Andheri West. It is not a big fancy office, just a small place where I deal with property stuff every day. I have been around here for a while now. The area has changed quite a bit lately, with all the new extensions happening around Li. It gets busy on this street. Sometimes the traffic is a bit much, but that is just how it is in this part of Mumbai. If you are walking toward Oshiwara, you will see the sign. I spend most of my mornings here, usually with a cup of tea, looking over papers or waiting for someone to drop by. Patel Trading Real Estate is just me and a couple of helpers sometimes. We handle what comes our way. It is a local business, nothing more. I like being near the college road because there is always something going on. The building, Meera Chs, is easy enough to find. I keep the door open most days. It gets a bit dusty with the road right there, but you get used to it. People stop by to ask about rentals or just to see what is available in the neighborhood. I try to keep things straightforward. No big promises or anything like that. Just work. Andheri West is a big place, but this corner feels like home.
