We are up on the first floor at Shop No 43 B in the Rna A building in Andheri West. We’re right near the High Point Restaurant, which is a good place to grab a bite when we have a break or when a meeting runs late. Being in Andheri West, it’s always crowded and moving fast outside. Our office is just a simple space where we handle real estate consulting. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or looking over various documents for clients. People come to us when they need a bit of help navigating the property market around here. It can be a bit confusing in a place as big and busy as this. We’ve been here for a while and we know the local streets and buildings pretty well. We aren’t trying to be some huge agency with fancy suits and expensive cars. We just work out of our shop and take things as they come. Sometimes it’s really busy with people looking for short-term rentals, and other times we’re helping someone sell their flat. It’s just the usual real estate stuff you’d expect. We don’t have any shiny presentations to show. We just sit down and talk through the different options. The stairs up to the first floor can be a bit of a climb, but it’s a good location once you’re actually there. We like being in this part of town and doing our daily work in the property world.
