We are located at 2366/50 in Bandra East, Kalina. If you know where the MIG Club is, we are right opposite that. We work in real estate, which mostly means we spend our time on the phone or driving around to look at flats. Bandra is a fast place, and Kalina has its own busy rhythm. Our office is just a simple room with some chairs and a table where we go over contracts. We aren't those big-shot agents you see on TV. We just help people find a place to live or a small office to rent. Sometimes the keys don't work or the landlord changes their mind at the last minute. That's just how this business goes. We know the streets around here pretty well. We’ve lived in this part of the city for a long time. People come to us because they want someone who won’t give them a scripted sales pitch. We just tell them if a place has good light or if the plumbing is old. We handle the paperwork, which is usually the most boring part for everyone. It’s a lot of walking and waiting. We don’t have a fancy lobby. We just have a desk and some coffee for when the days get long. It's a tough market but we just keep at it day by day. We've seen the rents go up and down but we are still here in the same spot.
