Our office is over in Dadar West, tucked away in Shantasham Society. We are at number 2, just off S.K. Bole Road. It’s right next to the Jain Towers, so it’s not too hard to find if you are familiar with the area. Dadar is such a central part of Mumbai, and being on the West side means we are close to a lot of residential spots. The office itself is quite modest. We don't spend a lot on fancy furniture when the work happens on the phone or out at site visits anyway. We provide advice on properties and help people figure out their options. It’s a small operation. We might be drinking tea and looking at files when you walk in. There isn't any corporate polish here, just us doing our best to keep things moving. The building is a typical society building, so it feels very much like a part of the local community. We spend a lot of time dealing with the local rules and talking to different people about their housing needs. It can get a bit hectic because Dadar is always moving, but we like the energy. We just take things one day at a time and try to give straightforward answers when people ask us questions. It’s just a normal workplace with people who have been doing this for a while. We don't have a big corporate structure, just a small desk and chairs.
