Parimals Kitchen

You can find Parimals Kitchen at Shop No 3 in Dahisar. It is a small space, so things can get a bit tight when we have a lot of bags and boxes piled up in the back. I started this because I just wanted to cook, and now I’m here most days from early morning until the sun goes down. The shop isn’t anything special to look at, just a counter and the stove area, but it works for what we need. Dahisar is a busy area, so there is always noise from the street outside. Sometimes the sink gets clogged or we run out of change in the till, and we have to scramble to fix it. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s mostly word of mouth from people who live nearby in the buildings. We use local suppliers for most of what we buy, and sometimes they are late, which makes our morning a bit stressful. The light in the back flickers sometimes, and we keep meaning to change the bulb, but things just get busy. When it rains, the water sometimes splashes under the front door, so we have to keep a towel there. We focus on the food and making sure the orders are ready when people come to pick them up. It’s a simple life running a kitchen at Shop No 3. We are just local people serving the neighborhood, trying to keep up with the daily chores of a small business.
