Parikh Tools

Our office is up on the third floor of Royal Arcade, room 301. It’s right there in Borivali West, near the telephone exchange. If you’ve ever tried to find a parking spot around 7th Main Road, you know it can be a real headache, but we’ve been here long enough that we’re used to it. We mostly deal with tools and different hardware items. It’s a quiet enough place once you get inside the building, away from the street noise. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or going through catalogs to see what’s coming in. The office is a bit cramped with samples and boxes everywhere, but we know where everything is. Usually, there’s a tea stall downstairs we go to when things get a bit slow. We don’t have a big team or anything, just a few of us making sure the orders for the tools are sorted out. Most people find us because they know the Waman Ashram Lane area well. It’s a decent spot to work from, even if the elevator in the building acts up sometimes. We just keep things moving along. There’s no big secret to how we work, we just show up, check the stock, and talk to people who need supplies. It’s been our daily life for years now, and we don’t see that changing anytime soon. Parikh Tools is basically just a small office run by people who know their hardware.
