Gujarat Glass Pvt. Ltd. is located in the Peninsula Corporate Park, specifically on the 1st Floor of the Nicholas Piramal Tower. This is in Lower Parel West, so the whole area is packed with these big towers and lots of people in suits. Our office is a bit more down-to-earth than the building might suggest. To get here, you have to walk down Ganpatrao Kadam Marg, which is always crowded with cars and people trying to get to their offices. Once you get inside the tower, it is a bit quieter, but there is still that feeling of everyone being in a hurry. We spend our days at the desks handling the glass business, mostly talking on phones and looking at screens. It is a bit different from a factory floor, but it is still hard work in its own way. The air conditioning is always on, which is a relief from the humidity outside, though it can get a bit chilly by late afternoon. We have a small pantry where we can grab water or a quick snack, but usually, we are too busy to spend much time there. The view from the windows is just more buildings and the tops of cars on the street below. It is a professional spot, but we try to keep things relaxed among ourselves. No one really stands on ceremony here. We just get the daily tasks done and try to beat the traffic on the way out in the evening.
