Our office is in B Wing, Flat No 2 at Takshill in Andheri East. It’s quite close to Holy Spirit Hospital, so people usually find us without too much trouble. Parekh Estate Consultants isn't a huge firm; we operate out of this small flat. It’s a bit more personal that way. We spend our days dealing with the chaos of the Andheri real estate market. It’s always moving fast. We help people find flats to rent or buy, and we also handle some commercial stuff when it comes up. The traffic around here can be a nightmare, so we do a lot of walking to show properties. We aren't the type to wear suits and give big presentations. We just know the buildings in this part of Andheri East inside and out. We've seen which ones are managed well and which ones have leaks during the monsoon. That’s the kind of thing we tell our clients. It’s better to be honest about the small stuff so there are no surprises later. Most of our business comes from people who lived nearby and told their friends about us. We keep a simple ledger and try to keep the paperwork as organized as possible, though it gets messy sometimes. We’re just regular people trying to make the process of finding a home a bit less of a struggle for others.
