Paratha Mantra

Our shop is at 41433 Navbharat House in the Fort area of Mumbai. We are pretty close to Trishna and the Kala Ghoda Cafe. If you know the 400001 neighborhood, you know it is full of old buildings and lots of history. Paratha Mantra is just our small part of this busy city. The streets around here are always packed with people and cars. We do not have a lot of space inside, so it can feel a bit tight when we are busy. That is just how things are in Mumbai. We do not have a fancy mission or any corporate goals. We just make parathas and try to get them out hot. Sometimes people have to wait a bit because our kitchen is small and we can only do so much at once. We do not use any marketing speak or try to sound bigger than we are. We are just regular people running a small food stall. The address is Navbharat House, and we have been here for some time now. Kala Ghoda is a nice place to walk around, and we get a lot of people just dropping in while they are out. It is noisy with all the horns honking outside, but we just keep working. We do not have a polished image. We just use simple ingredients and do the best we can every day. It is just a basic, honest place to eat. No big speeches, just lunch in the heart of Mumbai.
