You can find Paras Estate Agent over at Shop No 1 in the Ratnakar Building. We are situated in Kandivali West, right across from where the Natural Ice Cream shop is. It is a good spot because everyone knows that ice cream place, so it makes finding us a lot easier for folks who aren't from this specific block. The building itself is an older one, but it’s sturdy and stays relatively cool in the summer heat. We keep our shop open most days. Inside, it's just a basic setup with some old files and a couple of desks. Nothing too fancy to look at, honestly. We spend a lot of our time answering the phone or heading out to look at different sites nearby. Kandivali is a crowded place, so there is always a bit of a rush on the street outside. Sometimes the parking is a bit of a headache around here, so most people just walk over. We’ve been in this spot for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. The sign outside might be a little faded from the sun, but we are still here doing our thing. It's a small operation, just a couple of us working together. If you’re ever getting ice cream across the street, you’ll probably see our front door right there. We just sit here and do our daily work without making things more complicated than they need to be.
