Paras Estate Agency is located at Shop No 161 in the R W G area. Most people find us because we are right on Urmi Dinesh Mill Road, just opposite the Masjid. It is a busy part of Kandivali West and there is always something going on outside our door. We’ve been working out of this small shop for quite some time now. Usually, someone is here from morning until the evening. The space isn't very large, but it works for what we do. We have a few chairs and a desk where we handle the paperwork. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic and people going to the mosque, but you get used to it after a few days. Being in Kandivali West means we see a lot of different people every day. We know the streets around here pretty well by now. If you are walking down the road from the mill area, you will see our sign. It is a simple place. We don't have fancy lights or anything like that. Just a regular office where we sit and talk to folks about houses or shops. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a break. It's just a normal local business. We keep things straightforward here. If the door is open, it means we are in. That's pretty much how we run things every day. We don't worry about being fancy. We just focus on the neighbors and the local area.
