We've been over here at Elite Auto House in Andheri East for a good while now. Hira Baug is a busy area, you probably know it if you commute through this part of Mumbai. Paramount Health Services handles a lot of the paperwork and coordination that comes with healthcare stuff. It's not the most glamorous work, but it needs doing. Our office is usually pretty hummed with activity because there's always a claim to process or a call to take from someone needing help with their medical stuff. Most of the people working here have been around for years. We know the neighborhood well, from where to get the best cutting chai to the shortcut past the traffic on the main road. The building itself is easy enough to find once you're in the right lane. We aren't big on fancy decorations or anything like that. We just have our desks, our systems, and a lot of files to keep track of. Working in health services in a city this size means you never really have a quiet day, but that’s just how it goes. Sometimes the elevators in the building are a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us moving. We just try to get through the daily pile of work and make sure things are moving along for the people who rely on these services every day.
